Walking with a back to nature approach
The walks are designed to encompass areas where I personally feel a spiritual presence and where I can feel a connection to nature. When you join me on the walks I would hope to share some of that magical atmosphere with you without pushing the concept of religion. Think of it as a gentle introduction to Spiritual ideas and then be able to make up your own mind. You are more than welcome to come along regardless of your experience or religion. I welcome all to join me in the beautiful landscapes around Swansea and enjoy the diverse natural history and some of the tales of industry and life in this amazing part of the world.
On each walk I will take you on a journey through history and stunning landscapes(see the walks page for more individual details of what to expect) along with providing a meditation in nature session for those who wish to take part. An optional Angel/Oracle card reading can be undertaken at the end of each walk if you so wish but an extra charge will be made for this service (See the individual pricing lists for each walk for more details)
I have a walk leaders qualification having taken part in a course to learn how to be a walk leader along with an OCN in green woodworking, a degree in Religious Studies, a level 2 certificate in emergency First Aid and a full DBS disclosure.
About me & my company:
My name is David Riggs and I am 41 years old. I have always been passionate about walking and know first hand how beneficial a walk in the countryside can be to my own health and wellbeing. I have set up this company to share and promote the health and wellbeing benefits of walking and I have also added another passion of mine to enhance the experience.
I became involved with Spiritualism in the summer of 2013 and now regularly sit in a development Circle to develop my own skills. Even though my faith is strong and I fully accept and believe that the soul continues living after physical death I do not push this belief onto other people. It is down to the individual to make up their own minds about Spiritual matters which is where the walking experiences of this company come into play.
